Prospective, current and former Long Beach City College student-athletes receive a full complement of academic, career and personal counseling services through the counseling department.  LBCC student-athletes can also receive information regarding athletic eligibility at LBCC, as well as assistance with the NCAA Division I, II, III and NAIA university requirements needed to transfer to a four-year university and compete in athletics.

The Counseling Department is located in the A Building, Room 163.  To make a counseling appointment, call (562) 938-4560 or (562) 938-4561, identify yourself as a student-athlete and ask to make a counseling appointment.
