$175 per person

This year we can accommodate 144 golfers. Please send checks by May 1. Meet this deadline and your name will go into a drawing for a special raffle item. Your check(s) will confirm your reservation(s). If capacity is not reached by May 7, walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

This tournament will feature a Scramble Format with four-person teams, headed by a team captain. There will be three men’s flights (Championship, “A” and “B”), a co-ed flight (two or three women on a team), and a women’s flight. There will be first and second place trophies for all flights. Teams will be required to select each team member’s tee shot a minimum of three times during the round. Men will be hitting from the white tees and women from the red tees. Special rules to speed play will be in operation.

There will also be putting contest set up.

Team or individual reservations may be submitted. Preference will be given to teams, so it is advisable to enter in that fashion. (Acceptance will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with the submittal of the entry fee as the confirmation.) Actual donation to LBCC Foundation, Athletic Associates is $85 per person. You will receive a receipt in accordance with tax laws.

Individual Reservations: Individuals wishing to play may do so by filling out the attached form and returning it by mail to: LBCC Golf Tournament, Attn: Athletic Department MS# G-19, 4901 E. Carson St., Long Beach, CA 90808

Team Reservations: Team captains will be responsible for submitting the entire amount of the team entry fee. Four individual checks may be sent so that each person may receive a tax deduction. But all checks should be sent in together.

Every Player Receives: Pre-Tournament Practice, Pre-Tournament Lunch, Golf, Electric Cart, Tee Package, Recognition Awards Dinner, and Prizes.

In the Event of Rain: Dinner, and prize distribution, will still be held at Navy Golf Course. We appreciate your donation.
